CU Social Justice Summit: Inclusive Leadership and Belonging

The UCCS Division of Inclusive Culture & Belonging is delighted to announce that the keynote for the 2024 CU Social Justice Summit is Brandon Kazen-Maddox, an ASL Artist, choreographer, director, dancer, actor, acrobat, and activist. Learn more about our  incredible keynote by clicking here.

This year’s theme is Inclusive Leadership and Belonging, centering each campus’s commitment to fostering inclusive learning and work environments. The summit will explore four areas of focus:

  • Social Activism & Community Engagement
  • Equity in Research, Teaching, and Scholarship
  • Mental Health, Wellness, and Self-care
  • Advocacy, Safety, and Transformative Justice

Come join us for an empowering event with engaging discussions alongside leaders, educators, researchers, and advocates dedicated to fostering inclusive leadership and belonging across our communities. The summit is open all CU students, staff, faculty, and community members.
