  1. GENERAL BUSINESS & REVIEW/DISCUSSIONS:

 

DTL Committee:

  • Provided draft samples of AI statements for the syllabus template.
  • The statement is generic to provide faculty with some guidelines keeping the following in mind:
    • Faculty autonomy
    • Alignment with the SEHD values
    • Responsibility knowing that our partners are using AI tools (i.e. DPS)

 

Revisit on a regular basis to make sure we are proactive with the fast-moving changes of AI.

  • SCED 5020 Cancer Biology Core Concepts for Educators
  • SCED 5021 Cancer Research Practicum for Educators
    • New courses for the Cancer Research Educator certificate, a D2 partnership with STEM and Anschutz.

 

Approved          CLDE Bilingual Endorsement                                      Chris Carson

  • Approved by CDE for undergraduate students.
  • Part of the EDHD-BA Elementary Education concentration.
  • The endorsement is available to Spanish/English bilingual candidates.
  • Students will be required to choose from the current CLDE added endorsement or the bilingual endorsement pathway.
