It’s easy to report suspicious emails that you think may be spam or phishing attempts. There are several ways to report.
In the top navigation bar in Outlook, there’s a red shield icon. To report a suspicious email, click on the email and then click on the red shield icon in the navigation bar as shown in the image below.
Once you click on the shield icon, it will show a pop-up screen asking you to click “report” to finish reporting. Click “report.”
You can also forward the email to OIT at OIT-PhishingAlerts@UCDENVER.EDU
Another way to report spam/phishing emails is to right click on the email and select Report, then Report Phishing.
