This session is designed for deans, associate/assistant deans, and department chairs who are committed to ensuring that equity and justice work is appropriately recognized and valued in the tenure and promotion process. Faculty and graduate students are welcome to attend, while mindful that this session’s primary focus will be on higher education administrators.
The panelists will include proven university leaders and brilliant academics across the country (associate provost, dean, associate dean, and department chair) who will share strategies and effective practices for supporting faculty whose scholarship, teaching, and service center equity and social justice.
