This document is developed to support our collective thoughtful and planful approach to acknowledging the diverse cultural, heritage, and religious practices of our students. In many ways, such awareness supports their sense of belonging and affirms their identities, helping to position them for academic and personal success. This standard of care aligns with our SEHD Inclusive Excellence Principles, which call us to prioritize safety, belonging, and courageous improvement through continuous reflection and inclusive engagement.
