Theo is leaving. After 16 years in the SEHD, this is Theo Zion’s last week taking care of our technology aches and pains. Please say farewell before he’s gone. We have hired a part-time/temp/backfill position in Miguel Jara-Garcia, who some of you might know from HDFR and our HR team – in year’s past. Welcome Miguel!
Sharefile is down. Many of use https://sehd.sharefile.com/ for our collaborative file sharing. This service is currently denying logins. We are actively working with the vendor to bring this back online. We’ll let folks know when service is restored.
Helpdesk is down. The helpdesk is down, luckily we had a replacement already in the works which will be launching tomorrow. There may be some service interruptions and you might miss some notifications, if you have sent something urgent in and haven’t heard anything (automated or otherwise) by Friday please send a new request to sehdhelp@ucdenver.edu.
