Level 2 Step 7:inquiring into the possibility of slightly re-wording so that it is clear that the charge of the SC at this level is to make decisions regarding whether the established process was followed
Meeting notice
We’ll determine by the preceding Thursday whether we will hold our scheduled meetings, in order to prepare by reviewing relevant files, as well as to cancel the meetings, when appropriate.
Scholarship Information:
SC anticipates reviewing SEHD and CU Denver scholarships from March 1-April 1. Committee will meet at it’s regularly scheduled meeting in February to prepare for the process.

What might the role and within the domain of the SC to support our student’s proactively?
Many well functioning, yet disconnected dots of opportunity for students. How do students and opportunities (beyond scholarships) find each other?
• job opportunities perhaps on an SEHD portal.
• Ph.D. student funding, beyond grants: including undergraduate teaching
Continued conversation after Dean Kantor left:
- Rachel suggested resource mapping as a tool; clearing house for SEHD
- Would this be only around paid opportunities or more?
- What are the existing resources and processes?
