Congratulations to Rachel Cornelius on her recent promotion to Office of Partnerships & Teacher Education Program Manager!
Rachel has been with the SEHD since May 13, 2002. In 2014, Rachel was instrumental in helping to establish the Office of Partnerships within the SEHD to support the expanded work in clinical preparation as the new undergraduate teacher education and HDFR programs were getting under way. Since the pathways in teacher education have continued to rapidly expand over the past 3 years, adding NxtGEN and the new rural BA residency in La Junta, Rachel will now provide high-level coordination and management of the clinical experiences and administrative aspects of our teacher education pathways. Rachel recently finished her MS in Marketing at CU Denver this past spring (graduating 15 years to the day that she started @ SEHD!) and has actively served on the leadership for SEHD Staff Advisory Council for longer than any of us can count!
Congratulations Rachel and thank you for all you do!
