Dear Faculty,
Follow the link below to access the 2016-17 Faculty Professional Plan form (FPP). Please complete the form by April 29, 2016. Note, there is a new section in the form entitled, Paid Consultant Work. If you’re doing any paid consultant work, complete that section of the form. When you complete your FPP, upload it in Livetext under Merit 2015. Within the Merit 2015 folder, you’ll see the Faculty Professional Plan 2016-17 sub-folder. Don’t forget you need to be in the Student View.
