As of 12/01/15 – Eric Blommel is wearing a new hat in the SEHD. Eric is our new Technical Services Coordinator, responsible for helpdesk operations, employee computing, and overall support/repair of all things tech. Eric joined the SEHD in 2010 working as a Graduate Assistant (GA) for our IR team as well as the TechTeam and he is a student in our CPCE program – so it is likely you already “know” him in some capacity. He will continue to work part-time with our IR team through the Spring term as he transitions into this new assignment.
In his time at the SEHD, Eric has been a proven asset who is reliable, knowledgeable, and service oriented in all that he does. It is a win-win for us to welcome and promote Eric as a regular staff member in the TechTeam and the broader SEHD community – please congratulate and welcome him when you can.
