In an effort to get prepared for the Spring 2018 Semester:
In order for me to make internship site placements in the Livetext Field Experience Module (your internship portfolio), I need some very important information from you all. I cannot make your placement until I have all the ACCURATE information for your internship site and supervisor. Please click the link below and fill out ALL the requested information. Also, if you have 2 placements, please make sure you enter all the details for both (SEPARATELY). You may not know your Internship class instructor yet, so don’t worry about that.
I need this information before November 20th.
NOTE: I need information from everyone (even if nothing has changed from fall semester).

Please be sure to update this information if it changes in any way (however, if you do make a change, please send me an email to that affect first so that I will be alerted.) I will make placements based on the information you provide, so it needs to be accurate (meaning correct spellings on site supervisor names, emails, correct phone numbers, etc.)
