The Horizon Report is an an ongoing research project designed to identify and describe emerging technologies likely to have an impact on learning, teaching, and creative inquiry in higher education. The report is crowdsourced annually by the New Media Consortium (NMC) and EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative (ELI) – calling upon an international cohort of expert panelists in educational technology, this year’s panel included CU Denver’s own Brad Hinson and David Thomas.
