Maybe populate social events that faculty would also be welcome too.<\/li>\n<li>Some annual social event in the spring semester?? Perhaps about March as we have winter party and Halloween chomp in the fall.<\/li>\n<li>June 17th\u2014 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Annual Staff BBQ\n<ul>\n<li>Sloan Lake , will need to provide a detailed map<\/li>\n<li>Catering Thoughts? Research food trucks, Yak N Yeti? Little India?<\/li>\n<li>Be prepared for WIND!<\/li>\n<li>RACHEL: Theme? Tibetan\/Indian<\/li>\n<li>CU in the Park<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ll provide ICE, drinks, desserts and decorations, coolers and games.<\/li>\n<li>Work Study Students: Save-the-dates, paper invitation, posting on the door, evites will be the official RSVP<\/li>\n<li>SHELLEY: Shade pavilion inquiry, balloons tied to tables to help mark ours??<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Future Planning?\n<ul>\n<li>Elections in the fall, ask Kelly Ragland to gauge interest, Chris R.?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Employee of the Month Nomination<\/li>\n<li>Follow up Action Items:\n<ul>\n<li>BRIDGET: Self-Defense Course Opportunity as a Fall Lunch N\u2019 Learn<\/li>\n<li>IDEA: Post in IMPACT\/SAC information updates highlighting various program areas?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Review any PD Fund Requests\n<ul>\n<li>TONY: To advertise on Impact \u2013 we still have PD funds remaining at the end of the year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Host a welcome back\/thank you Dorothy (ice cream social?) in June\u2026could be potluck style.
