{"id":9726,"date":"2017-04-10T16:14:45","date_gmt":"2017-04-10T16:14:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sehd.ucdenver.edu\/impact\/?p=9726"},"modified":"2017-04-11T20:39:46","modified_gmt":"2017-04-11T20:39:46","slug":"job-call-for-rsem-7003-class-this-fall","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sehd.ucdenver.edu\/impact\/2017\/04\/10\/job-call-for-rsem-7003-class-this-fall\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Call for RSEM 7003 Class this Fall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We need to find a lecturer for the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> section of RSEM 7003 this fall semester, scheduled on Saturdays (hybrid).\u00a0 We are looking for someone who is interested in teaching as part of their regular load in 2017\/18.<\/p>\n<p>This class is the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> in the 3-course sequence of research preparation for all EdD students.\u00a0 It is pretty set in details, and a sandbox of resources, materials, readings, is all set up.\u00a0 The 3 section instructors stay in close communication with each other and with Kent Seidel throughout the semester.\u00a0 The course is mostly about qualitative research with a practitioner\u2019s focus on application.\u00a0 Specifically: review data collection and methodologies in qual, in depth practice with coding, DeDoose software, inter-rater reliability, triangulation and constant comparison, theme creation, and writing styles in qual.\u00a0 Additional topics include correlation and regression analysis focused on \u201chow-to\u201d and application as well as research ethics.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone interested in teaching should email <a href=\"mailto:Kent.Seidel@ucdenver.edu\">Kent.Seidel@ucdenver.edu<\/a> as soon as possible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We need to find a lecturer for the 3rd section of RSEM 7003 this fall semester, scheduled on Saturdays (hybrid).\u00a0 We are looking for someone who is interested in teaching as part of their regular load in 2017\/18.
