Her presentation is titled, \u201c<em>Tailoring RTI for Bilingual Learners<\/em>.\u201d More information can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/sehd.ucdenver.edu\/impact\/2017\/03\/30\/tailoring-rti-for-bilingual-learners-teaching-presentation-by-emilie-ney\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Brief Bio<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Emilie Ney earned her Doctor of Philosophy in School Psychology from Texas A&amp;M University in 2010 with a bilingual concentration. She worked for two years in a community mental health clinic in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood, where she supervised a children\u2019s crisis stabilization unit, provided individual, group, and family therapy, and conducted psychoeducational assessments. For the past 6 years Dr. Ney has been an Assistant Professor at Barry University in Miami Shores, FL where she supervises the program\u2019s training clinic and serves as Department Chair, among her other responsibilities as a faculty member.
