Technology that expands access to others\u2026 An ever-shifting, complex, hyperconnected information landscape\u2026 The ability to learn whatever we want at any time, in any place, on any path, at any pace\u2026 Global economic competition and cooperation\u2026 These are all seen as dilemmas. As problems that must be managed and minimized.
