\nto deal with difficult situations such as:<\/p>\n
\u2022 People who cannot resolve conflicts or come to an agreement.
\n\u2022 People who withhold feedback and important information from management.
\n\u2022 There are undiscussable issues.
\n\u2022 You do not know how to start a tough conversation.
\n\u2022 The environment seems emotional and political.<\/p>\n
Registration: In order to proceed with registration, please have the approval from your

SkillSoft Instructions
\n1) Sign into the UCD Access\/portal using your University username and password
\n2) Click on the CU Resources tab at the top of the page
\n3) Then click on the Training tab
\n– Select, Start SkillSoft<\/i>
\n4) A new window will open, select Catalog located on the left hand side of the screen
\n– Next, select the content folder labeled CU Instructor Led Training<\/i>, and then select the folder labeled CU: Denver Human Resources<\/i>
\n – The CU: Denver Human Resources folder has all the instructor led courses that are offered
\n – Select Crucial Conversations<\/i> and then Show Details<\/i><\/p>\n
If you are interested in attending the training, please register for a training as soon as possible.
