\nVarying Perspectives on Diversifying the Teacher Workforce<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Despite a rapidly growing diverse student population in Colorado, nearly 90% of our state\u2019s teachers are White, female, and predominantly monolingual English speakers.\u00a0 Why? Does it matter for students and for student outcomes? How can we change this? <\/span><\/p>\n

Come listen to and interact with a panel of Colorado students, teachers, district administrators, researchers, and legislators as they provide their perspectives on teacher diversity in Colorado.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Please join us for this meeting of emerging policy-savvy teachers and education policy leaders. This is a great chance to connect with like-minded colleagues and learn about opportunities to get more involved<\/span>.<\/p>\n
