  1. Q Drive Upgrade (December 2014)\n
      \n
    1. November 1st – 30th | \u00a0Individuals\/Teams archive & clean-up files<\/li>\n
    2. Semester Break – \u00a0Old Q offline, new Q\u00a0online – all items will be archived and retrievable<\/li>\n
    3. File\/data lifespan – undeterminable – cannot automatically purge old files<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. Organizational Communications\n
        \n
      1. Agendas, minutes, workgroups, fileshares, etc.<\/li>\n
      2. IMPACT, Email, Q Drive, Google Docs, Dropbox, OneDrive (Office365)<\/li>\n
      3. Same variety of ideas and directives come from individuals\u00a0about business processes and organizational communication<\/li>\n
      4. Challenges are not technological, rather they are behavioral<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      5. Recommendations\n

        1. Continue as-is or;<\/li>\n
        2. Develop a strategic plan\u00a0that\u00a0more formally outlines Organizational Communication protocols and platforms; train folks; and abide by the protocols.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
