You can access the f<a href=\"https:\/\/ucdenverdata.formstack.com\/forms\/sehd_hr_separations\"><strong>orm submission link here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please submit the form as soon as you become aware of a resignation or transfer so that HR, IT, and Finance are notified promptly and have adequate time to complete the necessary offboarding responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>This form should also be submitted for all employee departures, even if the individual will continue working elsewhere within the University.<\/p>\n<p>As always, we strive to make these processes as seamless as possible, and your timely communication helps us ensure a smooth transition for everyone involved.
