Rather than focusing on correctness, the session explores what student work reveals about understanding and reasoning. Participants will consider how interpreting student thinking can guide instructional decisions and serve as a powerful form of assessment in teaching.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A brief bio for Dr. <\/strong><strong>Bingqian Wei<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Bingqian Wei is a mathematics educator and teacher educator with experience in K\u201312 and higher education in China and the United States. She currently teaches in teacher preparation programs at universities in the Seattle area.
