In this two-part workshop series, we explore a proactive approach to inclusive teaching for diverse learners and neurotypes that begins with course design. We will consider how small design choices\u2014from syllabus language to course organization to classroom norms\u2014shape students\u2019 sense of belonging and ability to engage in learning. Participants will explore practical strategies for creating more inclusive learning environments, reflect on their own course design decisions, and leave with ideas they can apply in their own teaching.
