Simpson, JD, from CU Boulder Renee Crown Wellness Institute, who will guide us through a session about compassion and dignity &#8211; practices that will buoy us in rough waters. \u00a0Our time together will include mindful movement, stillness, compassion, self-compassion, somatic practices, and loving-kindness practices.
