Airfare booked outside of these systems will not be reimbursed.<\/li>\n<li><b>Hotel reservations<\/b>\u00a0must be booked by the traveler using a CU travel card or personal card for reimbursement. An itemized receipt is required.<\/li>\n<li><b>Per diem<\/b>\u00a0rates for Los Angeles are $64.50\/travel day and $86\/full day (prorated based on flight times and any meals provided)<\/li>\n<li><b>Transportation<\/b>\u00a0expenses may be paid using a CU Travel Card or personal card for reimbursement. An itemized receipt is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Travel Card Reminder<\/b><\/div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Travel cards may not be used for expenses for other employees or students.
