As we approach the end of 2025, we want to remind all employees to review and update their personal information in the UCDAccess Portal. Employee Services will be mailing 2025 W-2s early next year, and it\u2019s important that your home and mailing addresses are accurate to avoid any delays in receiving your tax documents.<\/p>\n

How to Update Your Address<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  1. \n

    Log into the UCDAccess employee portal:
    Resources List – CU Denver | Anschutz\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. Click UCDAccess- the web portal for students, faculty and staff.<\/li>\n
  3. \n

    In the top left corner<\/strong>, click the navigation dropdown menu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Select CU Resources Home<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Click My Info and Pay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Locate and open the My Info<\/strong> tile.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    Your address information will appear on this page.
    Click into the Address<\/strong> section to update your Home<\/strong> and\/or Mailing<\/strong> address as needed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
