Her academic and professional experiences, especially her focus on social determinants of health and the public health challenges posed by COVID-19, have deepened her commitment to reducing health disparities and advancing health equity. In her role as an Evaluation Specialist, Chloe is excited to support a range of public health projects, including the Colorado Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CCTSI), the State Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW), and The Colorado Crisis Hotline Enterprise (988).<\/div>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/sehd.ucdenver.edu\/impact\/2025\/09\/18\/welcome-chloe-hoff-newest-member-of-the-evaluation-center-team\/chloe-hoff\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20329\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-20329 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/sehd.ucdenver.edu\/impact\/files\/Chloe-Hoff.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"189\" height=\"284\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sehd.ucdenver.edu\/impact\/files\/Chloe-Hoff.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/sehd.ucdenver.edu\/impact\/files\/Chloe-Hoff-768x1152.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 189px) 100vw, 189px\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div>Before joining The Evaluation Center, Chloe was an AmeriCorps VISTA member with the Primary Care and Rural Health office at the Utah Department of Health and Human Services.
