The workshop includes discussions focusing on AI in earth and space sciences, trustworthiness and workforce development in AI, generative AI in scientific workflows, and public-private partnerships in AI. Researchers looking to bridge the gap between environmental sciences and AI may use this workshop to gain inspiration for research in the field and network with NOAA mission-oriented individuals.
