Dear staff and supervisors who complete performance evaluations for University Staff and\/or PRAs: the current performance evaluation period ends June 30, 2025. Please return two completed documents to SEHD HR (<\/span>sehdhr@ucdenver.edu)<\/span><\/a> as an email attachment, file sharing link, or in paper.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Friday, 7\/25\/2025 is our deadline this year.<\/span><\/b> This will allow SEHD HR time to compile the information and move the data into the required reports in time for our deadline to campus administration on July 31st. Thank you for your partnership in meeting this goal.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We are continuing to use the excel workbook tool provided recently by campus hr. If you need to download a blank copy please visit: <\/span>wiki.cu.studio\/human\/performance-management.<\/span><\/a> For a copy of your prior goals and\/or job description on file, please contact <\/span>sehdhr@ucdenver.edu<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Please return two items:<\/p>\n

1) A completed evaluation for the 2024-2025 period in the excel workbook (please contact SEHD HR if you need a copy). Please be sure to review the Behaviors for Success and Job Responsibilities sections on the last tab. These are important ongoing topics to discuss and evaluate.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2) A completed list of new goals for July 1, 2025 \u2013 June 30, 2026 on a new, separate excel workbook. You can find a list of ideas for professional development and soft skills available here: <\/span>wiki.cu.studio\/human\/professional_development.<\/span><\/a> Please be sure to\u00a0discuss Behaviors for Success and Job Responsibilities for the coming year.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
