Segal Professor in American Social Thought at the University of Pennsylvania and author of\u00a0<i>White Evangelical Racism: The Politics of Morality in America<\/i>\u00a0<b>and Dr. Randall Balmer,<\/b>\u00a0the John Phillips Professor in Religion at Dartmouth College and author of\u00a0<i>Bad Faith: Race and the Rise of the Religious Right<\/i>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Open to the public and organized to take place during the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rmgpregion.org\/regional-meeting\">Rocky Mountain\/Great Plains American Academy of Religion (AAR) and Society for Biblical Literature (SBL) Regional Conference<\/a>\u00a0(hosted this year at University of Denver on March 28-29th),\u00a0<b>this moderated discussion will not only be a chance to hear from two of the most respected scholars of U.S. religion on the role of white Christian nationalism in the current political moment, but it will also be a chance to deepen existing, and build new,\u00a0scholarly community across the Front Range as well as the broader region.<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Organized by Dr. Steven Vose (History and Religious Studies) and Dr. K.
