It is time for supervisors to meet with their staff for a mid-year performance check-in. This mid-year check-in is a chance to foster an environment of support. To spotlight achievements, recognize successes, and address areas where additional support may be helpful. Recommended topics to discuss: The status of performance goals and specific projects. Areas of support that are needed. Guidance for correction and details about development as needed.
