Dear Program Leaders,\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is just a r<\/span>eminder about <\/span>Curriculum Committee Deadline Requirements:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0 To ensure that the Curriculum Committee has time to review the credentials for each new Lecturer or GPTI before the start of classes, please <\/span>use the following deadline dates to help you plan ahead for the hiring process:\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Teaching in Spring semester \u2013 please submit Hire Request Form details by November 25th.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This also allows us time to get through the many onboarding steps to welcome these colleagues well! Returning Lecturers do not need a new form.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please make sure to use the new required approval letter templates for lectures or doctoral candidates. A link to the templates is in the New Hire form.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
