This is a way to lay out expectations and next steps for faculty and the committee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The committee was asked to provide guidance for AI in the syllabus template\n<ul>\n<li>Received an example from CLAS how they are addressing AI in their syllabus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>SEM form and role of CC\n<ul>\n<li>Continue conversations with committee and leadership to clarify roles.<\/li>\n<li>The CC will meet with the leadership team to discuss program\/certificate approvals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>5-year review,\n<ul>\n<li>Each program comes up with an internal process.<\/li>\n<li>What is the committee role?<\/li>\n<li>Where does this fit with other university processes, i.e. program reviews at the university level, for accreditation, or reauthorization.<\/li>\n<li>Build a \u201clook fors\u201d document for faculty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The committee will reserve the 1<sup>st<\/sup> Monday meeting for reviews and approvals, and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Monday is for CC business a deeper dive into processes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> \u00a0 2.
