The 2024-25 SEHD Meeting calendar is finalized. There are TWO versions attached for your reference:<\/p>\n

  1. The SEHD Meeting Calendar is a color-coded version \u2013 that lists all SEHD meetings on the dates they occur. Most dates have TWO meetings and thus TWO colors \u2013 e.g. the 2nd<\/i> & 4th<\/i> Mondays are Program Leaders and TELT F2F Meetings, while the 3rd<\/i> Mondays have THREE Meetings and THREE colors \u2013 Curriculum Committee, Undergrad Council and Leadership & Finance Team. The meeting details including time and location are listed at the bottom of the calendar next to the assigned color.<\/li>\n
  2. The second is the calendar used in pervious years (with columns, numbers, etc.), for any who prefer that version.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    All Program Leaders, Committee Chairs and Meeting Administrators should have already sent out meeting invites for all meetings with locations and zoom links. If you are supposed to attend a meeting and have NOT yet received a calendar invite for the meeting, please contact the appropriate Program Leader\/Chair\/Administrator. If you are unsure who that is, please let me know .<\/p>\n

    Lastly, everyone will be receiving a Outlook invitation to add the SEHD Public Calendar. This is a Public Outlook calendar that has all of these meetings listed and will allow you to have them easily accessible in your Outlook \u2013 you can copy and paste\/drag and drop meetings from the Public calendar to your own calendar as applicable. Brad will be sending those invites to everyone soon.<\/strong><\/p>\n
