In 2005, with help from a sizable federal government grant, he founded the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/schooltechleadership.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Center for the Advanced Study of Technology Leadership in Education<\/a>, the first graduate program in the country designed to prepare tech-savvy school administrators.
