She co-founded Professors at Play with\u00a0<b>David Thomas<\/b>, which connects faculty interested in playful pedagogy.\u00a0<b>Thomas is the executive director for online programs in the University of Denver\u2019s Office of Graduate Education<\/b>, previously worked as an assistant professor in CU Denver\u2019s College of Architecture and Planning and has spent years researching the concepts of fun and play. Earlier this year, Thomas and Forbes published the <a href=\"https:\/\/press.etc.cmu.edu\/books\/professors-play-playbook\">Professors at Play Playbook<\/a>\u00a0which is a diverse collection of more than 100 techniques\u2014tested by more than 65\u00a0educators\u2014for playful learning in higher education.
