A reminder from our\u00a0Payroll team about keeping your employee data up to date:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Employees should review their personal information in the <\/span>employee portal<\/span><\/a> (<\/span>my.cu.edu<\/span><\/a>) This includes reviewing information such as mailing address, zip code, Social Security number, direct deposit information and W-4.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Making sure this information is correct ensures they will be taxed correctly and receive their pay.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Instructions are available on the <\/span>Employee Services Self Service <\/span><\/a>website: <\/span>https:\/\/www.cu.edu\/employee-services\/payroll\/self-service\/personal-information<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After each payroll, employees are encouraged to review their pay advice to confirm its accuracy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have an edit to your education, gender, or anything else that you aren\u2019t able to change in your employee portal, please let your SEHD HR team know.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
