Please begin summarizing your thoughts and scheduling your evaluation meetings as needed between now and mid-July.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Timeline<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please return your completed evaluation(s) by Friday, 7\/21\/23. This will allow SEHD HR time to compile the information and move the data into the required reports in time for our deadline to campus administration on the 31st.\u00a0 If you need a copy of any recent performance planning form, just let us know: <\/span>sehdhr@ucdenver.edu<\/span><\/a>. Format<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As you may know, Campus HR has created a new tool for performance evaluation that we will be adopting for the upcoming performance period. It is an excel file that can be shared, signed with a simple typed signature, and optionally used all year long to track progress toward goals. It is quite different from the multiple word documents we were using in recent years, and we hope you find it supportive in spite of the learning curve. Not all of the tabs are required, and there is a little flexibility in how we interpret the document, so we have created an SEHD version of the original excel file. Please take a look at it here and save a copy for yourself:\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/wiki.cu.studio\/human\/reference-documents#performance_management<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For the evaluation period ending 06\/30\/2023, supervisors are welcome to decide whether to complete the word doc process as before or migrate over to the excel tool; your choice. So far about 12% of us are using the new tool already and everyone\u2019s feedback has been appreciated.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please plan to use this new tool to capture your goals and expectations for the period of 7\/1\/2023 – 6\/30\/2024.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
