Dear Colleagues, especially University staff & 12-month Faculty who complete annual Performance Evaluations:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As you may know, our <\/span>campus hr\u2019s Workplace Engagement team has been working towards improved formatting for the annual performance review process. One of the steps toward that goal is a fresh and more collaborative <\/span>tool<\/span> for the coming review period. <\/span>The New Form in excel is <\/span>available here<\/span><\/a> & seems to work great in a file sharing location such as OneDrive<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Looking ahead f<\/span>or SEHD, we will ask that you begin using the New Form for planning ahead for the next review period <\/span>that begins 7\/1\/23.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

teri engelke and Reba Yount will be offering office hours for your performance management and development questions. Join in <\/span>via zoom<\/span><\/a> from 1:00-2:00. Whether you have attended a training session on the new performance tool or not, all attendees and questions are welcome.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A session specific to Summary Evaluation will be offered later in the Spring.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
