CU Denver\u2019s Learning & Development team has recently launched a new training for CU Denver staff and faculty \u2013 Difficult Conversations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At some point in our work career, we likely will be faced with a challenging situation and need to engage in a conversation with another colleague, supervisor or employee that may be difficult. The training session, offered virtually, will allow participants to gain a foundation and understanding of the importance of having difficult conversations. This course is designed to equip the learner with skills and knowledge on preparing for and having difficult conversations.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
