COUN 6140 offers a broad overview of working with youth<\/li>\n<li>Intro to Play Therapy will dive deeper into understanding and working therapeutically with small children (3-10)<\/li>\n<li>Play Therapy will be a counseling elective, and could be offered to licensed counselors in the community who are seeking training in play therapy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Curriculum Committee Orientation&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Dean Lynn and Dorothy Garrison-Wade<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introductions and overview of the curriculum committee<\/li>\n<li>The conversation focused on course syllabi, and the importance of a standardized template\n<ul>\n<li>The committee will work on aligning syllabus templates and making the templates more accessible<\/li>\n<li>How can the committee be intentional about the SEHD strategic plan when reviewing syllabi<\/li>\n<li>5-year syllabi review\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewing for DEI in all syllabi<\/li>\n<li>What additional support is needed?
