Dear colleagues, as you may have seen in a recent CU Denver News email<\/a>, the campus is seeking volunteers for the Comprehensive Compensation Collaborative:<\/p>\n

As part of CU Denver\u2019s strategic goal to be a people-centered best place to work, Human Resources is launching a Comprehensive Compensation Collaborative to ensure employees are adequately compensated and have appropriate workloads and opportunities for career progression.<\/p>\n

Volunteers are needed to serve on a short-term committee that will review job descriptions. The recommendations that emerge from this committee will inform the realignment of job codes, compensation ranges, and career progression opportunities. If you are interested in participating, please contact 3c@ucdenver.edu<\/a> with your name, department, and current job title.<\/p>\n
