About our Speaker<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Renee McLaughlin is the National Medical Director, Value-Based Relationships with Cigna. She leads a team focused on the design, implementation, and management of collaborative partnerships with healthcare providers to improve health outcomes.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. McLaughlin has extensive experience in this field and speaks regularly in both regional and national forums on value-based healthcare delivery. She herself underwent a gender transition in 2013 while maintaining her external-facing corporate position.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. McLaughlin has a strong interest in LGBT health and workforce issues, specifically those affecting gender-diverse people.
