This does not apply to positions that are ineligible for paid holidays (student employees and temporary staff).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u00a0have\u00a0already entered vacation leave for either of these times, please delete those leave hours from your calendar.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please\u00a0enter the time\u00a0for Nov 26\u00a0(8 hours)\u00a0and Dec 23\u00a0(4 hours)\u00a0in\u00a0MyLeave\u00a0with earnings code \u201cadministrative leave.\u201d\u00a0DO NOT select Holiday (HOL) in the earnings code.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Lecturers and\u00a09-month faculty do NOT need to do anything in the My Leave system.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
