Due to changing business requirements and personnel changes, the SEHD Finance and CPE Teams have redistributed responsibilities and restructured some positions:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Jenna Ronnebaum \u2013 CPE Assistant Director \u2013 Jenna will oversee the administrative functions of the CPE office including the financials, accounting, budgeting and payroll services.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ingrid Summers \u2013 CPE Program Manager \u2013 Ingrid will be responsible for managing Graduate Faculty Appointments for CPE instructors, CPE lecturer, TA and POI hires and will serve as a backup to Jenna for CPE course scheduling in addition to her current duties.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tracy Lee \u2013 Retiring, effective 6\/30\/21. Duties will go to Jenna, Bogi, and Daisy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Daisy Salazar \u2013 Finance\/Accounting Sr. Professional \u2013 Daisy will have expanded responsibilities in budgeting and reporting and will be less involved in day-to-day purchasing activities.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Vacant \u2013 Business Professional \u2013 this position\u2019s duties will include purchasing, A\/P, A\/R, PCARD, reimbursements, SOWs, travel, reporting, and journal entries. These duties are currently being performed by Keiko Goldman; however, Daisy continues to be your point person. This position will also assist with HR\/Payroll duties; Jose Miguel Jara Garcia is currently assisting the HR and Payroll team.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bolormaa Begzsuren \u2013 Associate Director of Grants and Auxiliary Services \u2013 Bogi will oversee the fiscal and compliance aspects of grants, contracts, gifts, auxiliary and internal service center operations of SEHD.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Vacant \u2013 Business Professional (Grants, Gifts and Auxiliaries) \u2013 this new position\u2019s duties will include accounting for grants, gifts and auxiliaries, such as A\/P, A\/R, PCARD, reimbursements, SOWs, travel, reporting, and journal entries.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
