When teachers leave, a third of directors say they notice an increase in children\u2019s challenging behaviors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a stressful environment,\u201d said CU Denver\u2019s Diana Schaack.\u201cTeachers need planning time. They need breaks, they need health care benefits.
