December is a great time to verify that your personal information in<\/span>\u00a0the<\/span>\u00a0UCD Access\/Passport portal<\/span>\u00a0(<\/span>my.cu.edu<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span>)<\/span>\u00a0is up to date<\/span>\u00a0before W-2s are sent in January<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please check your home and mailing addresses<\/span>\u00a0and phone numbers,<\/span>\u00a0and update\u00a0<\/span>if<\/span>\u00a0needed<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please\u00a0<\/span>be sure to add a personal email address<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>if y<\/span>ou don\u2019t already have one on file.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a great time to check that you have the most current emergency contact information on record too.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Follow the steps below to verify or update this information:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Log into the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>portal<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click the\u00a0<\/span>CU Resources<\/span><\/b>\u00a0tab.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Open the top center\u00a0<\/span>CU Resources Home<\/span><\/b>\u00a0drop-down menu, then select\u00a0<\/span>My Info and Pay<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Choose the\u00a0<\/span>My Info<\/span><\/b>\u00a0tile.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click on the arrows in the\u00a0<\/span>Home Address\u00a0<\/span><\/b>and\u00a0<\/span>Mailing Address<\/span><\/b>\u00a0boxes to verify or update your information.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
