CU Employee Services is asking employees to check that their race, gender, ethnicity and veteran status are correct in the portal.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Follow the steps below to verify or update this information:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Log into the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>portal<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click the\u00a0<\/span>CU Resources<\/span><\/b>\u00a0tab.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Open the top center\u00a0<\/span>CU Resources Home<\/span><\/b>\u00a0drop-down menu, then select\u00a0<\/span>My Info and Pay<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Choose the\u00a0<\/span>My Info<\/span><\/b>\u00a0tile.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click on the arrows in the\u00a0<\/span>Home Address\u00a0<\/span><\/b>and\u00a0<\/span>Mailing Address<\/span><\/b>\u00a0boxes to verify or update your information.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Check that race, gender, ethnicity, and veteran status are correct in the portal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note for student employees:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Updating this information in your student portal does not update it in your employee portal. You must update this information in both portals.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
