EcoPass<\/span>\u00a0customers who wish to cancel participation in the\u00a0<\/span>EcoPass<\/span>\u00a0program may do so by emailing a cancelation request to\u00a0<\/span>ahec_parking@ahec.edu<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you choose to cancel your\u00a0<\/span>EcoPass<\/span>, it will\u00a0<\/span>be deactivated<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>immediately<\/span>\u00a0and will no longer be valid. You will receive a prorated refund for\u00a0<\/span>the month of March<\/span>\u00a0and a full refund for\u00a0<\/span>the month of April<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0As per the\u00a0<\/span>Auraria<\/span>\u00a0Campus RTD agreement, canceled\u00a0<\/span>EcoPasses<\/b>\u00a0cannot\u00a0<\/b>be reinstated<\/b>\u00a0for 90 days<\/b><\/span>\u00a0and AHEC is unable to waive this requirement.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, some\u00a0EcoPass\u00a0holders may have\u00a0<\/span>been double charged<\/span>\u00a0this past month.\u00a0 AHEC is aware of the error and will be issuing refunds to those affected.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
