Vickers Boys and Girls Club in Denver\u2019s Northeast Park Hill neighborhood dropping complex terms like \u201c3-D\u00a0printing,\u201d \u201cprototyping,\u201d \u201cdrones,\u201d \u201cRaspberry Pi,\u201d \u201cflight simulation\u201d and \u201cspatial visualization.\u201d This is especially true since the club\u2019s partnership last summer with CU Denver science education professor Geeta Verma, PhD, and her $1.2 million grant through the National Science Foundation (NSF).
