As we are wrapping up 2019, we wanted to bring to your attention a call to update your information in UCD Access\/Passport portal. We want to keep your personal information up to date to ensure your contacts can be reached during an emergency, important items get to you by mail and more.\u00a0 Employee Services will be mailing 2019 W-2s early next year and we want to ensure your information is current and accurate.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: calibri\">Follow the steps below to verify or update this information:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.<span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman';margin: 0px\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: calibri\">Log into the<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/my.cu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: calibri\">2.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman';margin: 0px\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: calibri\">Click the <b>CU Resources<\/b> tab. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: calibri\">3.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman';margin: 0px\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: calibri\">Open the top center\u00a0<b>CU Resources Home<\/b> drop-down menu, then select <b>My Info and Pay<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: calibri\">4.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman';margin: 0px\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: calibri\">Choose the\u00a0<b>My Info<\/b>\u00a0tile.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: calibri\">5.<\/span><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman';margin: 0px\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: calibri\">Click on the arrows in the\u00a0<b>Home Address\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0<b>Mailing Address<\/b>\u00a0boxes to verify or update your information.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: calibri\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><b>Note for student employees:<\/b> Updating this information in your student portal does not update it in your employee portal.
